The Guildhall Salisbury is delighted to be hosting its first ever Health and Wellbeing Exhibition spread out over three beautiful function rooms.
Come along to get some tips, ideas, and information. Meet experts and exhibitors in a wide variety of fields and attend classes, demonstrations, and talks.

10:00am-10:30am & 1:15pm-1:45pm Relax Kids With CJ
Crown Court—8 spaces with 1 parent (we ask one parent/carer to stay with child throughout session)
Relax Kids Taster Workshops for children 5-11 years. Learn about our award winning 7 steps as we move from high energy fun and games to low energy calm and relaxation. The Relax Kids process has the power to help everyone with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Imagine there was a single nutritional supplement that would positively impact a wide spectrum of health, Something that would support your many internal systems so everything functions properly. 10:45am-11:15am RMB Nurture Circles (Mums and babies)

A unique and different group for mums and babies, Nurture circles provides mum and and baby time to share experiences alongside other mums. The class consists of gentle movements and stretches, mindfulness practices, self care strategies and communication techniques.
11:00am-11:45am “Just Pull Yourself Together”
Oak Court –70 spaces
This 45-minute conversational session will allow the group to explore the language we see, hear and use about mental health every day. Enjoy a safe space to pause and reflect on how this impacts your depth of connection in your relationships, and how our language can reduce the stigma about mental health at home, at work and across your community.

12:00-12:45 What is Colour analysis and why is it so powerful?
Oak Court—70 spaces
Wearing the clothing and accessory colours that best complement our natural skin tone, hair and eye colour can have a transformative impact on how others see us and how we feel about ourselves. In this FREE talk and demonstration, Lindsay will show you how wearing the right colours can instantly make you look 10 years younger, 10 lbs lighter, bringing confidence and compliments, wearing the wrong colours can make you look tired, dull and even unwell. She will also explain how to co-ordinate your casual wardrobe more efficiently and shop less wastefully.
12:15pm—12:45pm Bounce Salisbury
BOUNCE is the worlds leading mini trampoline fitness brand bought to life with the main aim of making fitness fun and more accessible for everyone. We provide resistance -based exercise classes choreographed to banging tunes which are high cardio but low impact on the body and mind. We encourage you to work at our own pace and will always offer higher and lower intensity options.

Demonstration about the Japanese martial art of Kendo, Kendo is suitable for all ages and has both physical and mental health benefits.
1:30pm–2:00pm Salisbury Fencing Club
Guildhall Square– no booking required
Commentated demonstration. The three swords will be demonstrated in a semi-choreographed beat to display basic and advances techniques.
1:00pm-1:30pm Emotional Wellbeing Talk -Children and Young Persons Emotional Well-being Service
Oak Court—70 spaces
An exploration of emotional wellbeing, from an integrated perspective looking at Human Givens Emotional Needs, and how these can be met through 5 Ways to Wellbeing and a CBT Toolkit – The Decider Skills.
2:20pm-3:15pm Sounds Better ‘Sing and Breath’ workshop and demo
Performance by Salisbury Breathless singers followed by a workshop demonstrating the benefits of singing for lung health.
2:30pm-3pm Happy Hearts Cardiac
Guildhall Square—no booking required
Join Happy Hearts for a selection of do- able, functional and fun exercises from a chair! It will make you tap your toes and sing along to a musical selection from the 50’s to 80’s
1:45pm-2:15pm Benefits of Exercise to Heart Health
The 4 S’s to a Stronger, Healthier and Happier Heart AND ultimately a Healthier Happier and more Confident YOU.
2:00pm-2:30pm Soma Movement and Wellbeing

A sit down Body orientated coaching session designed to help you learn and utilise physical tools such as breath, voice and movement, alongside specific language and conversation to create a cohesive space for you to acknowledge your goals and mind/body connection.
2:45-3:15pm Sound Bath – All About You Wellness
Crown Court—30 spaces Bring your own Mat, blanket, cushion, eye-mask: anything that makes you feel most comfortable and be prepared to RELAX and RECHARGE.
Sound Bath: The Sound Bath is a full body meditative experience for mind, body and soul. Allowing the frequencies and vibration’s to wash over you can feel a reduction of stress, anxiety, improved insomnia, tension, pain, anger and feelings of sadness. Unplugging from the external stimuli and entering a state of inner peace and balance that have a lasting effect. I Intuitively play the djembe, hand pan, frame drum Tibetan bowls, gong, native American flutes, koshi chimes, crystal bowls and far more.
